If you want to watch basketball games on your computer, you will need an internet connection and a browser that supports HTML5 video. If your internet connection is slow or unstable, this may cause problems with the playback of live streams and videos; if possible, we recommend using Google Chrome as it has proven to be one of the most stable browsers for streaming video content online.
Subscription options for NBA fans outside of the U.S.
For fans outside of the U.S., NBA League Pass is available in Canada, Mexico and Australia. And while it’s not as extensive as its American counterpart, there are still a lot of great games and content to enjoy with NBA League Pass International.
The price for a yearly subscription is USD 200 or CAD 170, which works out to about USD 17 per month (or CAD 15). This may seem like quite an expense if you’re new to basketball: but if you’re already a fan and want to catch all your favourite teams playing live from across the world, then this fee is well worth it!

One of the main advantages of using NBA League is that the service doesn’t require a cable or satellite subscription.
NBA League Pass is one of the best ways to watch NBA games online, and it has several advantages over traditional cable. Among them are:
- No cable or satellite required—You can use your service on mobile devices, smart TVs, streaming devices (like Roku or Apple TV), gaming consoles (Xbox One), and even Amazon Fire TV. This makes it much easier to watch your favourite team when you’re away from home.
- You can access the service from multiple devices at once—You don’t have to worry about logging into each device separately; this is incredibly convenient for families who want everyone in their household to watch at once without having to log in individually.
With so many options available, it can be challenging to determine which one is right for you. If you’re a diehard NBA fan with a household full of hoop fans, then the League Pass Premium option will be the best. However, for those who want access to live games and highlights, we recommend going with either NBA Team Pass or NBA League Pass (depending on whether or not there’s a game happening in your favourite team’s city that night). Our advice: try out each subscription service before making any commitments!
