“All of the recent Biden claimed States will be legally challenged by us for Voter Fraud and State Election Fraud. Plenty of proof – just check out the Media,” the president posted on Twitter Thursday.
“WE WILL WIN! America First!,” he said.
Team Trump later released a statement from the president.
“IF YOU COUNT THE LEGAL VOTES, I EASILY WIN THE ELECTION! IF YOU COUNT THE ILLEGAL AND LATE VOTES, THEY CAN STEAL THE ELECTION FROM US!,” it said.
The campaign has filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Nevada.
Michigan and Wisconsin were declared wins for Biden, who has amassed 264 of 270 Electoral College votes needed to take the White House.
Trump has 214 Electoral College votes.
Other states are still tabulating mail-in and absentee ballots received on or before Election Day.
The campaign got a win on Thursday when a Pennsylvania judge ruled that election observers have better access to the polling sites when votes are being counted.
Counting was momentarily paused and it is unclear if Trump lawyers have been granted access to monitor.
Team Trump sued on Wednesday to seek a halt in the vote unless the process was more transparent.
The president is leading by about 100,000 votes in the Keystone State but the ballot count is expected to continue until Friday afternoon.
Some of the president’s Twitter posts about the count over the last couple of days have been flagged by the social media platform.
